The Cover counter chair, designed by Thomas Bentzen for Muuto, is a contemporary interpretation of a classic wooden chair – in this iteration, raised up to the height of a counter. The Cover counter chair comprises a light, rounded veneer shell and strong wooden legs that give it an organic, grounded appearance. Thanks to the relaxed design, the Cover counter chair will find its place grouped around the kitchen island or along the worktop as well as in bars, cafés, and other commercial locations.

When creating the Cover chair collection, designer Thomas Bentzen’s aim was to create a comfortable wooden chair with a strong personality. He named the collection after the thin, moulded veneer covers which double as armrests and structural elements that hold the chairs together. The Cover chair collection consists of chairs for different needs, all available in various finishes and materials.
