The Be My Guest sideboard from Warm Nordic is an elegant combination of a modern, minimalist expression and the classic, vintage-y charm of French cane. Designed by Charlotte Høncke in 2020, the sideboard comprises an airy cabinet in cane, lifted up with a sleek frame in powder-coated metal. The light appearance continues on the inside of the cabinet in the see-through glass shelf.
As is typical of cane furniture, each sideboard is unique – there may, for instance, be slight colour variations on its wicker surface. The deviations caused by the natural material are an integral part of what makes cane furniture so beautiful and fascinating.
The Be My Guest sideboard is perfectly combinable with other furniture in the Be My Guest collection, but also adds a touch of sophisticated flair to the décor on its own. The sideboard can be placed in the bedroom, living room or dining space, for example, and its top in oak veneer offers the ideal spot for displaying decorative objects and still life compositions.
